All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) unless
otherwise stated.

Orders will be dispatched when full payment has been
received.

Where items need to be specially made, customers will be
contacted to confirm the order prior to proceeding.

Australian prices include a 10% Goods and Services Tax
(GST).

Freight, insurance, taxes and duties are not included in
the price (apart from GST on Australian orders).

We do not collect tax on orders outside Australia, but
these may be liable to duties at their destination.

We always
endeavour to match shipments as closely as possible.
However, internet colour rendering varies and most Bison
products are hand crafted.
Measurements
and glaze colours are a guide only and small variations
in size and colour are normal.

Bison ceramics are guaranteed against defects created at
the time of manufacture and genuinely affected items
will be replaced free of charge if returned for quality
control inspection and replacement matching.

Bison products are not guaranteed against chipping,
accidental breakage nor any deterioration resulting from
wear and tear.

Claims against our guarantee or breakage in transit must be lodged
within 7 days of receipt and accompanied by photographic
evidence or a fragment sent by post.

Goods will only be exchanged if they are found to have
manufacturing defects and refunds are not given.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Accounts are only available to longstanding wholesale customers at the
discretion of Bison Australia. Terms are 14 days.
Overdue accounts will attract interest charges.
Goods
remain the property of Bison until paid for in full.
