Shipping and Delivery
All items are shipped directly from our Canberra location and we use trackable freight from Fastway or Australia Post. We wrap and pack each piece with great care and include a gift card. Please advise us of any message you'd like to include in the 'additional comments' section when placing your order or email us at email@example.com.
Standard shipping within Australia varies depending on location and can take anywhere from 2 - 10 days. International orders will be advised at the time of contact as to lead-times. Any international orders will be liable for taxes and duties at destination. Peak delivery periods can experience delays. Please let us know if a shipment is expected for a special event and we'll advise the most efficient method to get it to you.
Returns and Refunds
Our service is bound by the 'Fair Trading' laws of Australia. We carefully inspect every item we pack. As each piece is crafted individually, we expect some minor variation in colour and form to occur. We are not obliged to refund or replace an item if you change your mind. You can, however, choose either to obtain a refund or exchange if the following applies:
We offer a 30 day exchange period from the date you either purchase the goods instore or receive them as an online order. Please send us a copy of your 'proof of purchase' (receipt) to accompany any claims. For any exchange you are liable for return shipping and postage charges. If you prefer we can also email you an e-voucher, valid for 12 months, which you can use in any of our bisonhome stores or online www.bisonhome.com. For refunds, we will reimburse the cost of shipping as well.
To support any claims for breakage and damage we require a photo of the goods within 7 days of receipt. Please email us a photo and don't return any broken items by either mail or courier.

bisonhome cannot accept any responsibility for breakages/damage after the goods have been received in perfect condition. We also cannot be held accountable for delays owing to shipping/postage or other external factors. The same exclusion applies for normal wear and tear on our products.
