All items are shipped directly from our Canberra location and we use trackable freight from ‘Direct Freight‘. We wrap and pack each piece with great care and include a gift card. Please advise us of any message you'd like to include in the 'additional comments' section when placing your order or email us at info@bisonhome.com.
Standard shipping within Australia varies depending on location and can take anywhere from 2 - 10 days. International orders will be advised at the time of contact as to lead-times. Any international orders will be liable for taxes and duties at destination. Peak delivery periods can experience delays. Please let us know if a shipment is expected for a special event and we'll advise the most efficient method to get it to you.
Our dahlia tubers will be dispatched from Canberra once they have viable ‘eyes’. This is expected to be from late September onwards. Tubers vary greatly in size and appearance and we ensure that our dahlias are of good quality and type. If damage occurs to your delivery please advise us as soon as possible.
Bisonhome cannot accept responsibility for failure prior to, and following, the planting of your tuber/s. In with your delivery we have included an information sheet. This includes some handy growing tips to assist you with your plants and care advice.
